Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing training and hands-on support to merchant partners to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
Your work will directly support the successful launch and ongoing engagement of restaurants on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchant Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to restaurant partners on how to effectively use the merchant dashboard, including order management, menu updates, and promotional tools.
- Restaurant Launch Facilitation: Coordinate and execute timely onboarding of new restaurants, including uploading all necessary information onto the app. Ensure the accurate activation or removal of deals and discounts as per scheduled timelines.
- POS Integration & Record Management: Map restaurant accounts to the correct Point-of-Sale (POS) IDs as per the integration requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of onboarding progress and integration status on internal tracking sheets.
- Menu Management Support: Support restaurants with basic menu entry tasks such as updating prices, uploading or correcting images, and editing item descriptions.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in client onboarding, training, or customer success roles. Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and web-based dashboards High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. Familiarity with POS systems and menu structures is a plus.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
