About the Role
PaperLive Learning is looking for a results-driven Senior Inside Sales Manager who excels in consultative selling, relationship management, and revenue generation in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
Required Skills
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Inside Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Customer-centric approach with consultative selling ability
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
Preferred Background
- Experience in EdTech, course counseling, or career advisory
