About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects that align with client needs, brand standards, functionality, and aesthetics. You will collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality interior spaces across residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, budget, and timelines
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and presentations
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, 3D visualizations, and material specifications
- Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and décor elements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design technologies
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and client standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, and lighting design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and creativity
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential/commercial/hospitality projects
- Knowledge of sustainable and modern design practices
- Ability to create realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs
- Vendor and material sourcing experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
