We are looking for a data-driven, highly motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our Kochi team and help us turn raw data into actionable business strategies.
Role Overview
As a Business Analyst Intern for Digital Marketing, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to collect, track, and analyze data across various digital campaigns. Your insights will help optimize our marketing efforts, improve lead generation, and ensure that our digital strategies directly support overall sales objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing, data visualization, and business strategy within an international agency framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for ongoing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
- Dashboard Management: Assist in creating and maintaining weekly and monthly reporting dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data visualization software.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and new opportunities for digital growth.
- Campaign Optimization: Work alongside the performance marketing team to monitor A/B tests, evaluate campaign ROI, and provide data-backed recommendations to improve ad spend efficiency.
- Process Documentation: Help map out digital workflows, document analytical processes, and prepare presentation decks for internal team reviews and client updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. You should naturally enjoy diving into numbers to find the "why" behind the data.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets . Basic knowledge of Google Analytics AI tools like claude ,Looker Studio is a significant advantage.
- Marketing Knowledge: A foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, conversion rates, and lead generation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate and present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
