You should have strong programming skills in Python, hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and knowledge of modern AI architectures. Experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.), RAG systems, prompt engineering, and vector databases is highly valued. Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker) is a plus.
