Job Title: Finance Intern
Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and accounting documentation.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Help prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for vendor payments and customer billing.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation (where applicable).
- Help prepare data for audits and financial reviews.
- Conduct financial data analysis and prepare reports using Excel and financial tools.
- Support process improvement initiatives and financial automation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks).
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and revenue recognition concepts.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and financial compliance requirements.
- Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, or financial reporting tools is a plus.
