Job Description – Selection Onboarding Executive Employment Type: Full-time, Field Role (Six Days Work-week) Reports to: City Lead The Selection Onboarding Executive will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new Selection & Sellers operating in specific product categories as and when communicated. This is a field-based role where you will visit markets in your assigned city, meet potential sellers, and convince them to start selling online. Key Responsibilities • Scout assigned market to identify leads of the potential Sellers carrying desirable selections from the assigned product categories • Manage leads and opportunity pipeline to ensure weekly and monthly Seller & Selection onboarding goal achievement with desired quality • Explain the benefits of the platform, handle objections and convince the Sellers to sell on the marketplace • Help sellers create their marketplace account, get necessary approvals, create best quality catalogue as per the marketplace guidelines and help them with the onboarding process • Post onboarding process completion, guide the Sellers on providing the best customer experience by training them on order management and maintaining good account health • Manage onboarded Sellers for 30 days post launch to ensure their business growth by providing inputs around Selection and Promotion • Travel to nearby markets when needed Experience & Skills Required • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in field sales • Confident in speaking with sellers and has strong negotiation & convincing skills. • Know how to work with Basic excel sheets and online tools. • Possesses good knowledge of the local market in the assigned city. • Experience working with online selling platforms is an advantage but not mandatory.
