Experience in conducting requirement-gathering workshops for change requests and managing their implementation lifecycle.
Flexibility to provide extended support during critical situations, including weekends for high-priority issues, system restarts, or patch upgrades.
Proactive mindset to identify opportunities for optimization in existing integrations and recommend multiple solution approaches.
Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle phases including development, testing (unit, integration, functional), go-live, and post-go-live support.

Experience supporting rollout projects and post go-live production support across plants.
At least one end-to-end SAP implementation experience, including migration and cutover activities.

Expertise in at least one core SAP module (MM/SD/FI/PP/EWM) with cross-module integration knowledge.

Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimized SAP processes, including necessary enhancements.
Prepare effort estimations, cost projections, and implementation timelines.
Lead and coordinate both functional and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Ensure compliance with project management standards, quality benchmarks, and customer expectations.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation and optimization opportunities within the AMS landscape.
