Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings. The role involves handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, references, and Channel Partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
- Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert prospects into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with Channel Partners to generate quality leads.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with developers, banks, and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of Pune's real estate market.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Must be comfortable conducting site visits.
- Own vehicle is preferred.
