About the Role
Kuche7 Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship will provide practical exposure to recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR activities in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and various departments for HR-related requirements.
- Support preparation of HR reports, MIS, and other documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Support the HR team in maintaining compliance-related records and documentation.
- Assist with exit formalities and employee feedback processes.
- Handle HR-related information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Perform other HR duties and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Educational Qualification
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates looking to gain practical HR experience are encouraged to apply.
