We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to assist in designing, planning, and developing architectural projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior architects and project teams to prepare drawings, create design concepts, ensure compliance with building regulations, and support projects from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and 3D models.
- Develop design concepts based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Create detailed construction documents using CAD and BIM software.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants during project development.
- Research building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes.
- Prepare project presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and senior architect recommendations.
- Ensure designs comply with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0–2 years of experience in architectural design or internships.
- Basic understanding of architectural principles and construction methods.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
