- Position: Sales Manager
- Work Mode: Work from Office (Jaipur)
- Experience: 3+ years in Sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Qualification: Graduate
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries and present suitable property options
- Drive property visits, follow-ups, and deal closures
- Lead and coordinate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance
- Stay updated on market trends and property availability
- Maintain CRM data and ensure smooth documentation process
Skills Required
- Strong communication & client handling skills
- Sales-driven mindset with closing ability
- Team management and coordination
- Knowledge of real estate market (Jaipur preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
