- Maintain and update all project-related documents (drawings, purchase orders, invoices, agreements, etc.).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Keep track of project progress, site photos, and material movement.
- Ensure proper filing (soft copy & hard copy) of all project and client documentation.
- Coordinate between the site team, procurement, and management.
- Communicate with clients for documentation, approvals, and project updates.
- Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for material dispatch and delivery.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
- Update internal trackers (project status, inventory, manpower, etc.).
- Support project engineers with administrative and logistical requirements.
- Prepare and issue purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Maintain inventory and stock records for solar materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and timely delivery.
- Assist in preparing client invoices, work completion certificates, and vendor bills.
- Maintain record of payments, receipts, and pending dues.
- Coordinate with accounts team for billing-related documentation.
- Handle DISCOM, MNRE, and subsidy documentation support (as applicable).
- Ensure all necessary approvals, NOCs, and permits are properly submitted and recorded.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
