Responsibilities
Mixology - Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails & mocktails.
Your proficiency in crafting both classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails, adeptly pairing them with coffee, sets you apart.
Menu Expertise: knowledge of our beverage and bar food menus, Active role in Plan and present bar menu working on current set recipes.

Qualifications
A diploma in Bar operation / Hospitality will be added advantage.
Bar Tender - upto 2 years experience as bartending & busy operations
Proficiency in maths and cash handling & Bar Books / Stock registers as per excise department.
