- Required minimum 12+ years of working experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Expertise in both On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.
- Proven track record of achieving top rankings organically in Google and driving significant organic traffic growth.
- Strong understanding of Google's ranking algorithms, Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T, and recent SEO updates and trends.
- Should have knowledge of PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Digital Marketing strategies.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, website architecture, and technical SEO best practices.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, AI Search, and Social Media Marketing.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
- Should have leadership and team management experience with the ability to mentor and develop SEO professionals.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a dynamic environment.
- Should be able to perform as an individual contributor as well as a strategic team leader.
- Plan and execute enterprise-level SEO strategies, content marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and all digital promotion activities.
- Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against business goals, ROI, and KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights and develop innovative growth strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Analyze and optimize conversion funnels to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Execute SEO audits, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize website performance and ROI.
- Manage SEO initiatives, budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and website structure for search engines.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, clustering, and optimization activities.
- Research and implement advanced search engine optimization recommendations.
- Research and analyze competitor websites, backlink profiles, and digital marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement scalable link-building and digital authority-building strategies.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and website enhancements.
- Work with editorial, content, and marketing teams to drive SEO-focused content creation and content programming.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale SEO campaigns and coordinating with SEM/PPC campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Should have a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, online customer acquisition, and customer lifecycle management.
- In-depth experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other website analytics and SEO tools.
- Experience in presenting SEO performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Experience working with enterprise websites, SaaS, IT Services, B2B, or E-commerce businesses will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
