Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Field Marketing Executives with 1+ years of experience to join our marketing team. The primary focus of this role will be promoting and selling billmaster billing software to businesses in your assigned region. As a Field Marketing Executive, you will actively engage with potential customers, generate leads, and help drive the growth of our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote billmaster billing software to potential clients in the field.
- Conduct field visits to various customer locations, providing product demonstrations and explaining service offerings.
- Generate leads through direct interactions and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and software sales.
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Report on marketing activities, lead generation, and campaign performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and present product information effectively.
- Goal-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions (Hyderabad, Vijayawada).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling software products is a plus.
- Knowledge of local markets and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the region.
