Operations & Patient Flow
- Oversee the daily functioning of the hospital lobby, ensuring accurate registrations, admissions, and discharges.
- Monitor patient flow in the Outpatient Department (OPD) to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth transitions to triage or consultation rooms.

Staff Management
- Supervise and train front office executives, receptionists, concierges, and security personnel.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage staff scheduling, and ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours and shifts.

Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and billing/insurance departments to facilitate quick service.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to maintain the cleanliness, aesthetics, and organization of the lobby area
- Address and resolve patient complaints, concerns, and special requests promptly.
