Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resource functions for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and workforce planning. The HR Manager will play a key role in building a positive work culture and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave administration.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources / Master’s Degree in HR Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in healthcare/hospital HR management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office applications.
