About the Role
JhavTech Studios builds custom software (mobile apps, desktop apps, web apps) for Australian clients ,— spanning healthcare, real estate, education, fintech, and more. As a Full Stack Developer on our lean, remote-first team, you will own features end-to-end: from architecture decisions to production deployment. Your code ships directly to real users. There are no layers.
This role is designed for someone who doesn't just execute tasks but takes genuine ownership of what they build. You will work across the MERN stack, collaborate directly with Melbourne-based project leadership, and engage with international client standards from day one.
Technical Stack
You must have hands-on, production experience with the core stack. Being able to explain your decisions matters more than listing tools on a resume.

What You Will Do
▸ Own the full SDLC — from architecture and development through testing and production deployment
▸ Build and maintain full-stack web applications across the MERN stack for Australian clients
▸ Design and consume RESTful APIs; integrate third-party services (payments, notifications, AI tools)
▸ Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs using TailwindCSS and component libraries
▸ Design and manage MongoDB and MySQL schemas with performance and scalability in mind
▸ Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and long-term maintainability
▸ Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for consistent, automated deployments
▸ Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, and code reviews
▸ Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and risks — without waiting to be asked
▸ Debug and resolve production issues with urgency and clear root-cause analysis

Excellent communication and self-managed — delivers without being chased
Proactive status updates and async communication culture
2–3 years of hands-on full-stack experience with production level in both frontend and backend
