Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to lead projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for designing new buildings, remodeling existing structures, and ensuring all projects are functional, safe, and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Conceptualization: Create detailed blueprints, 3D models, and construction drawings using CAD/BIM software.
Project Management: Oversee projects from initial design through to construction, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure seamless execution.
Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
Site Supervision: Visit construction sites to monitor progress and resolve any on-site design challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Soft Skills: Strong spatial awareness, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,325.06 per month
