ZFORB is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Product Sales Manager to drive membership sales and convert qualified prospects into active members. The role requires a confident sales professional with strong presentation and closing skills, capable of handling direct client interactions and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Present and sell membership programs to prospective clients
* Convert company-provided leads into confirmed memberships
* Clearly communicate membership privileges, promotional offers, and value to clients
* Handle client inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally
* Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to close deals
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
Preferred Background
Candidates with strong direct sales experience will be preferred, particularly from industries such as:
* Banking and financial services
* Insurance and wealth advisory
* Real estate sales
* Automobile sales (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, luxury brands)
* High-ticket or luxury product sales
Skills & Qualifications
* 2–7 years of experience in direct or relationship sales
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Confident personality with strong closing ability
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional approach to sales
