Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Architect Cum Drafter to join our team in Worli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting and architectural detailing experience with excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare schematic and concept design drawing packages
- Deliver detailed design drawings and GFC drawings
- Coordinate with Project Designers and Associate Architects for detailing
- Incorporate MEP, structural, and consultant inputs into working drawings
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and client representatives during execution when required
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Revit knowledge (Optional)
- SketchUp knowledge (Optional)
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
