About the Role
Root N Roof Realty is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with potential homebuyers and investors, generate quality leads, and schedule site visits for our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided data.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities to customers.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Positive attitude and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
