Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and candidate screening.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Handle attendance and basic HR administration.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Eagerness to learn HR processes.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
