Core Responsibilities
- Raw Material Analysis: Testing incoming materials like White Cement, Dolomite powder, and polymers (RDP) to ensure they meet purity and moisture standards.
- Quality Control (QC) Testing: Conducting standard tests on finished putty, including:
- Tensile Adhesion & Bond Strength: Checking how well the putty sticks to the wall.
- Compressive Strength: Measuring the durability and hardness of the dried product.
- Setting Time: Ensuring the putty dries within the required 6–8 hours.
- Whiteness & Fineness: Using specialized equipment to check the aesthetic quality and particle size.
- Formulation: Managing the chemical "recipe" to ensure the putty is smooth, easy to apply, and crack-free.
- Formulation & R&D: Adjusting chemical ratios to improve "workability" (ease of application) or to develop new products like water-resistant or acrylic-based putty.
- Batch Documentation: Maintaining detailed "Quality Records" for every production shift to ensure traceability in case of customer complaints.
- A technical role focused on maintaining brand reputation by ensuring "Zero Defects" in the putty manufacturing process.
