Digital Marketing Head
Role Objective
Drive online sales growth through the company website and social media platforms by developing and executing high-performance digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase website sales and revenue.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Continuously improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Manage retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimization strategies.
Website Growth & Conversion Optimization
- Increase website traffic through paid and organic channels.
- Improve website conversion rates through landing page optimization, A/B testing, and user experience improvements.
- Monitor website performance and customer journey to maximize sales.
Social Media Commerce
- Drive sales through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and emerging social commerce platforms.
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers to increase reach and conversions.
- Develop content strategies focused on engagement and sales generation.
Content & Creative Strategy
- Oversee creation of ad creatives, videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Ensure content aligns with brand objectives and sales goals.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for high-converting marketing assets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics including revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, and customer lifetime value.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Team & Agency Management
- Lead internal marketing team and external agencies/freelancers.
- Set targets, KPIs, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate with e-commerce, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a proven track record of driving online sales.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing D2C websites and social commerce campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and performance marketing.
- Ability to analyze data and make revenue-focused decisions.
- Experience in e-commerce, consumer products, or online retail preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Employment Details
Location: Pune

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
