Location: Tiruppur Office
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Microsoft Engineer (Fresher) to support, implement, and maintain Microsoft technologies. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, and related Microsoft solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and support of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Configure and manage user accounts, mailboxes, and licenses.
- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support Azure cloud services and Active Directory administration.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on projects and client requirements.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office 365).
- Understanding of Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud concepts.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech (CSE, IT, ), B.Sc IT, BCA, MCA, or related degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
- Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Preferred)
