Position: Video Editor
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Employment Type:* Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a *pro-level Video Editor* with strong creative skills and a passion for visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be experienced in creating engaging, fast-paced content for social media platforms, especially *Reels and Shorts*.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit high-quality *Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos*.
* Create fast-paced, engaging, and visually appealing video content.
* Add *transitions, effects, sound effects, music, subtitles, and animations* as required.
* Perform *basic color correction and audio enhancement*.
* Understand briefs and convert creative concepts into compelling videos.
* Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, and visual style.
* Ensure videos are delivered within deadlines.
* Stay updated with current *social media trends, editing styles, and content formats*.
* Collaborate with the content and creative team to develop engaging video concepts.
Required Skills
* *Adobe Premiere Pro – Must Have*
* *CapCut – Acceptable*
* Strong knowledge of video editing techniques and workflows.
* Good understanding of *transitions, effects, sound design, and color correction*.
* Strong sense of *storytelling, pacing, composition, and creativity*.
* Ability to create content optimized for social media platforms.
* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
* *Pro-level editing skills* with a strong creative approach.
* Previous experience in *social media video editing* will be preferred.
* Candidates should have a strong *portfolio/showreel* demonstrating their editing skills.
* Ability to understand trends and create content that captures audience attention.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
