- Help customers understand loan process and required documents.
- Checking income eligibility of the customer
- Collect and submit customer documents to banks.
- Coordinate with banks for loan login, sanction, and disbursement.
- Arrange property documents required by bank.
- Follow up with bank and customer till loan completion.
- Update sales and accounts team on loan status.
- Ensure smooth disbursement before registration.
- Maintain loan records and daily status report.
- Actively participate in loan promotions
- Attending site melas
