Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups for mandate residential projects.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and database management.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into bookings.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly to clients.
- Maintain CRM updates and daily sales reports.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in tele sales, inside sales, or real estate sales preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of residential real estate is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
