Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, documenting action items and follow-ups.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation and project management tools.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Eligibility
- MBA (Operations, Project Management, HR, Marketing, or related specialization).
- 0–2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Operations, or related roles.
- Fresh MBA graduates with strong leadership and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
