Job Title: Senior Admission Counselor (Sales)

Key Responsibilities
* Handle hot and warm leads
* Counsel students on online degree programs and career paths
* Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
* Maintain and update lead data using CRM tools (LSQ / Salesforce / Zoho)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners
Candidate Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in Education Sales / Admission Counseling / EdTech Sales
* Strong track record in lead conversion and target achievement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
