We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, promoting residential and commercial properties, and contributing to sales growth. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, site visits, and digital leads.
- Identify potential buyers and investors for residential and commercial properties.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and convert inquiries into site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and property features to clients.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
