We are looking for a motivated Production Trainee to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be trained in production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production activities.
- Support machine operators and production supervisors.
- Follow company safety procedures and 5S standards.
- Ensure proper handling of materials and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.
- Support quality checks and production documentation.
- Work as per production targets and shift requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Basic understanding of manufacturing / production environment is preferred.
- Willing to work in shifts.
Training & Confirmation
- Selected candidates will be hired as Production Trainee for 11 month.
- Based on performance, attendance, and discipline, candidates will be confirmed as On-Roll Production Staff.
