Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle SCM Functional Lead with over 10 years of experience in implementing, upgrading, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management modules. In this role, you will lead end-to-end global implementations, design scalable business solutions, and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Leadership: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EBS SCM applications (Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, Inventory Optimization, Bill of Materials, Work in Process, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, etc.).
- Business Alignment: Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand complex supply chain processes, conduct gap analyses, and translate business needs into robust functional designs (MD050).
- Project Delivery: Own functional deliverables across all project phases, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing (CRP, UAT), data migration, and post-production support.
- Integration & Reporting: Work closely with technical teams to design conversions, extensions, interfaces (RICEFW), and third-party integrations.
- Team Guidance: Mentor and lead junior functional consultants, manage onshore/offshore delivery teams, and coordinate with technical architects to ensure solution integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of solid functional experience in Oracle EBS SCM (Release 12.1.x / 12.2.x).
- Module Expertise: Deep knowledge in core SCM modules: Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Shipping (WSH), and Bill of Materials (BOM). Experience with ASCP, GOP, or WMS is a strong plus.
- Implementation Track Record: Proven experience leading at least 3-4 full lifecycle end-to-end Oracle SCM global implementations or major upgrades.
- Technical Familiarity: Strong understanding of standard Oracle EBS tables, schemas, and basic SQL to debug issues and collaborate effectively with developers.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience or exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM (Fusion) co-existence or migration strategies is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
