Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator who can independently manage end-to-end office operational activities. The role requires employee coordination, attendance tracking, recruitment support, vendor management, office upkeep, and business communication with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage office administration, housekeeping, and visitor coordination
- Handle onboarding, attendance, leave tracking, payroll inputs, and exit processes
- Maintain accurate administrative, employee, and finance-related records (digital and physical)
- Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate with service vendors for maintenance and infrastructure support
- Organize online/offline meetings and manage internal communications
- Draft professional emails, presentations, and respond to business development inquiries
- Work efficiently with Microsoft Office 365 tools and AI-based productivity tools
Requirements
- Any Graduation or Diploma
- 1 year of relevant experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently
- Immediate joiners preferred
