We are seeking a motivated management trainee to join our team in Surat. This role offers hands-on experience in business consulting, client engagement, and project support, with a focus on developing leadership and strategic skills. As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced consultants to deliver impactful solutions for SMEs, contributing to our mission of excellence and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify mindset and skill gaps in yourself, the team, and clients, supporting conversations to foster growth-orientated thinking.
· Conduct research on business areas (e.g., HR, finance, marketing) to support proprietary models and whitepapers.
· Participate in culture-building activities, such as team celebrations, gratitude sessions, and vision board creation.
· Track project budgets and suggest cost optimisations under senior guidance.
· Propose operational improvements, refine templates, and adopt digital productivity tools.
· Support talent mapping, onboarding rituals, and learning & development activities to strengthen team culture.
· Contribute to marketing and branding by creating content, gathering testimonials, and promoting Nucleus’ mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong commitment to client success, with empathy and a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
- Ability to drive positive change through innovative ideas and proactive problem-solving, with a track record of taking initiative in academic or professional settings .
- Passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge, demonstrated through participation in training, group projects, or mentoring.
- High ethical standards and accountability, with examples of honest communication in team or client interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools (e.g., CRM software, project management platforms).
- Ability to work in an on-site capacity at Surat.
