Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and experienced Dance Teacher to conduct engaging evening dance classes for students of different age groups and skill levels. The ideal candidate should be able to create a fun, disciplined, and motivating learning environment while helping students improve their dance techniques and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct dance classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students.
- Teach dance techniques, choreography, rhythm, coordination, and stage presence.
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, and annual showcases.
- Create lesson plans based on students' age and skill levels.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a safe and positive classroom environment.
- Maintain attendance records and communicate with parents when required.
- Collaborate with the management team for events and special workshops.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dance Teacher, Choreographer, or Professional Dancer.
- Proficiency in one or more dance styles such as:
- Bollywood
- Hip-Hop
- Contemporary
- Classical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of all ages.
- Professional, punctual, and reliable.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
