Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:15 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
- MSCIT certified
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain purchase-related data in company software and records.
- Upload invoices, bills, and supporting documents into the system.
- Verify purchase entries and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts teams for documentation and record updates.
- Maintain digital and physical filing of purchase documents.
- Generate basic reports and assist in data reconciliation activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the department.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Preferred:
- MSCIT certification.
- Familiarity with Excel functions and data management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
