Quickflo.ai is a fast-growing eCommerce solutions company helping D2C brands scale through Shopify development, performance marketing, logistics, and automation. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage and scale Meta advertising campaigns to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage daily campaign budgets and improve ROAS, CPA, and CAC.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative testing.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Work closely with the creative and website teams to improve landing page conversions.
- Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and GA4.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
- Experience managing Shopify or D2C eCommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion funnels.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, GA4, and Conversion API.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with GTM, Klaviyo, and other marketing tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
