Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5–6 years of experience to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and project planning skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Drive continuous process improvements and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of risk management and resource planning.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
