Job Role:
Sales Development Representative (SDR) US Market
We have openings at both Junior SDR and SDR levels. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to work with US clients are also welcome to apply.
Eligibility:
- Graduates (Any stream). MBA or technical background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English with confident communication skills.
- Comfortable working on a computer/laptop and using internet tools professionally.
- Willingness to work US evening time zones (India evening/night shifts).
Work Location: Mohali, India (Remote/Hybrid)
Shift: US Evening Hours (approx. 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)
Please note: This is a client-facing sales role focused on reaching out to US companies. All training will be provided, but the candidate must be comfortable working with technology tools and building conversations with senior professionals in the US.
Required Skills
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Energetic, confident, and proactive personality
- Street-smart with a positive and aggressive (hunter) attitude toward achieving targets
- Team player who can also work independently
- Freshers with strong English and confidence on calls are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client interaction is an advantage (for SDR level)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Run targeted outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns to US companies
- Book qualified discovery calls with decision-makers
- Lead initial conversations on Zoom and understand client needs
- Qualify opportunities and guide them toward the right solution (cloud operations support or strategic modernization advisory)
- Close entry-level engagements and hand over well-qualified opportunities to the senior team
- Maintain proper records and provide regular updates on pipeline activity
- Work in a target-driven environment with both team and individual goals
Pay Package
Jr. SDR : 6 - 8 LPA (OTE - On Target Earnings)
SDR : 7 - 12 LPA (OTE - On Target Earnings)
This is a performance-oriented role with a good fixed salary and very attractive success-based incentives and commissions. We believe in paying fairly while rewarding high performers generously.
We have a clear and motivating incentive structure, especially for those who consistently book meetings and close deals with US clients.
Salary: No bar for the right candidates. Strong incentives on every closed deal and qualified meeting.
