Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while leading and motivating the housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
- Assign daily work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping team members on hotel SOPs and service standards.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared on time for guest check-ins.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities, and coordinate replenishment with the stores department.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain housekeeping records, inventory logs, and daily operational reports.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping within a hotel, resort, or hospitality establishment.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
