Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior management.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence.
- Maintain documentation and administrative records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication.
- Support office administration and operational activities.
- Track action items and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Assist in preparing management reports and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, or similar roles.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Calendar and meeting management.
- Documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
