Silk Road Coffee Company is looking for passionate, curious and driven kitchen professionals to join our team as Commis 1, Commis 2 or Commis 3.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily mise en place as per kitchen requirements.
- Assist with food preparation and cooking across different sections.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards consistently.
- Work closely with the chefs during daily service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ensure ingredients are handled, stored and labelled correctly.
- Keep your workstation organised and service-ready.
- Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.
- Help maintain efficient stock usage and minimise food wastage.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and disciplined kitchen environment.

Freshers with a culinary / hospitality background are welcome to apply. Prior experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or professional kitchen will be an advantage.

For freshers or candidates at the beginning of their kitchen career who are keen to learn and build strong fundamentals.
Commis 2
For candidates with some professional kitchen experience who can independently handle basic preparation and cooking responsibilities.
Commis 1
For experienced kitchen professionals who are confident handling a section and supporting smooth day-to-day service operations.
