Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Commission-Based)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to generate new business by meeting customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in face-to-face selling and are driven by performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers in assigned territories.
- Generate new leads through field visits and referrals.
- Present and explain products/services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily sales and visit reports.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Must own a smartphone. A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
