Role Overview
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant who can bridge the gap between client requirements andproduct capabilities. This role will play a critical part in driving deal conversions by crafting solution- oriented proposals, delivering impactful demonstrations, and aligning our offerings with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solutioning & Client Understanding
Engage with prospects to understand business challenges, training needs, and operational requirements.
Map client requirements to Violet’s LMS, LXP, Onboarding, and HR-Tech solutions, including AI-driven capabilities.
Create structured solution approaches tailored to enterprise use cases.
2. Sales Enablement & Deal Support
Partner with the sales team to drive qualified opportunities toward closure.
Participate in discovery calls, client meetings, and strategic discussions.
Provide consultative inputs to strengthen deal positioning.
3. Product Demonstrations
Deliver customized product demos aligned with client use cases.
Showcase platform capabilities including learning journeys, on-boarding workflows, analytics, automation, and integrations.
Handle client queries and objections effectively during demo sessions.
4. RFP / RFI & Proposal Management
Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and detailed solution documents.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution architecture documents.
Ensure alignment of client requirements with scope, timelines, and deliverables.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Delivery, and Technical teams for solution validation.
Coordinate for effort estimation, feasibility checks, and customization requirements.
Provide feedback to product teams based on market and client insights.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms (LMS, LXP, HR Tech preferred)
Ability to translate product features into business value and ROI
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in handling enterprise clients and complex sales cycles
Structured thinking with the ability to create solution documents and proposals
Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, and system workflows is an advantage
Experience working with demo environments or sandbox setupsExperience Required
2 to 4 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / SaaS Sales Support
Experience in Learning, HR Tech, or enterprise SaaS solutions preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
