We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead who can lead a team of QA Engineers, ensure high-quality client deliveries, improve QA processes, and collaborate closely with developers and project managers to maintain exceptional data quality across multiple web scraping projects.
As a QA Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day QA activities across multiple web scraping and data extraction projects. You will mentor QA Engineers, establish testing standards, review deliverables, identify process improvements, and ensure that every client delivery meets the required quality benchmarks.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and hands-on experience validating large-scale scraped datasets.

Test web scraping applications, crawlers, APIs, and ETL pipelines.

Monitor scraping performance and data quality after deployments.

Validate outputs across multiple websites and data sources.

Coordinate with developers to resolve extraction and parsing issues.

Improve QA processes, validation methodologies, and checklists.

Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.

Maintain documentation for QA processes and project-specific validations.

Drive continuous improvements in delivery quality and efficiency.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and Delivery teams.

Track QA progress across multiple projects.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports.

Escalate critical quality issues and project risks proactively.

Ensure project deliveries meet defined SLAs and timelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.

Minimum 2 years of experience leading a QA team.

Experience working on web scraping, data extraction, or data validation projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
