We are seeking an Operations Executive – PMS & Excel to support and streamline Performance Management System (PMS) operations while ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and seamless execution of employee performance cycles. This role is responsible for managing employee performance data, maintaining PMS and HRMS records, generating MIS reports, and coordinating with HR, business teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth performance management processes.
As an Operations Executive, you will manage day-to-day PMS operations, coordinate appraisal cycles, maintain employee performance records, prepare performance dashboards and reports, conduct data validation and quality checks, and support compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, HR Operations, Performance Management Systems (PMS), and data management, with a process-driven approach and a keen eye for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Employee Performance Management System (PMS), including data entry, validation, and system updates.
- Coordinate annual, mid-year, and monthly performance cycles, ensuring timely execution of each stage.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports using Microsoft Excel and PMS tools.
- Maintain employee performance records, goal sheets, competency ratings, and related documentation.
- Conduct data validation and reconcile employee data across PMS, HRMS, and other systems.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Managers, and Department Heads to resolve performance data and workflow discrepancies.
- Generate performance dashboards, appraisal summaries, rating sheets, and evaluation reports.
- Support audits, compliance processes, and ensure accuracy of performance-related data.
- Identify opportunities to improve PMS workflows, operational efficiency, and automation.
- Maintain logs, trackers, and documentation for all PMS operational activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, HR policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Experience Required
Must Have
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations, Data Management, or Back-office Operations, preferably in Performance Management Systems (PMS), HRMS, or HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Performance Management Systems or similar HR software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, and basic Macros.
- Experience in Data Validation, HR Reporting, and Operational Process Management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Preferred
- Understanding of Goal Setting, Competency Mapping, and Employee Data Management.
- Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, or automation tools.
- Exposure to Workflow Management Tools, PMS Dashboards, or Ticketing Systems.
