We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Delight Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers and ensuring a pleasant in-store experience. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and guide them to the relevant department
- Ensure customers feel comfortable and attended to during their visit
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude at all times
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Support showroom staff in managing customer flow
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma
